dpm-copy-server-postgres software package provides DPM copy server with postgres database backend, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dpm-copy-server-postgres
dpm-copy-server-postgres is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dpm-copy-server-postgres package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dpm-copy-server-postgres *
You will get with dpm-copy-server-postgres package name, version, architecture and description in a table
